Are you ready to start a side income from home?

Here’s the 13 step game plan to building a successful side income from home

13 Steps To Mastering A Side Income From Home

Do you think that building a side income from home would tough? Maybe you have a full schedule. You might have a family. You might even have a full-time job. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying it’s easy. It’s going to take some discipline to get your side income going. Don’t let things get in your way. You only need systems and people that support you

What I am saying is making extra income on the side can be a lot easier.

Over the last several years, I’ve built several little side income businesses from home. Side income businesses that produce $5,000 to $20,000 a month.

My side businesses have always been a good source of extra income, but I think the reason they didn’t grow to the size they could have is that I overcomplicated the business building process. I didn’t set up systems to grow the businesses the way they could have been built.

What I’ve realized now in my early thirties is there are only thirteen things I need to accomplish success when running any business from home or away from home.

I’m learning these thirteen things through my mentor Clay Clark. Clay says that if you master these thirteen things in any business, and you have a viable product and service, you’ll almost guarantee your success over a period time, work, and effort.

Thirteen Steps To Growing Your Side Income From Home

  1. Establish revenue goals
  2. Determine the number of customers needed to achieve those goals
  3. Determine the number of hours you’re willing to work on your business
  4. Create a Unique Value Proposition
  5. Improve branding
  6. Implement three marketing methods
  7. Create a sales system
  8. Build systems and repeatable processes
  9. Create attainable customer accusation costs
  10. Allocate financial resources
  11. Accounting
  12. Create a sustainable weekly schedule
  13. Management

Now, within all thirteen of these areas, I am being taught to keep everything simple. You don’t want to overcomplicate the thirteen-step system.

When I say overcomplicate things, you don’t have to buy expensive software, websites or tools. You want to keep all costs low until you have developed a workable system in each area that produces cash flow positive money.

I can’t even tell you the amount of freaking money I’ve spent on websites and tools that I  never freaking needed. Awww, just thinking about it makes me angry. Oh well, lesson learned. I think sometimes you think you need all these fancy tools, but in reality, you don’t need them.
